Bomb hurled at MLA's residence in Manipur

Imphal, Aug 25 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants hurled a bomb at the residence of Manipur MLA U Deben at Wabagai Keirak Kangjeibung under Thoubal district.

Police today said no injury was reported as the bomb did not explode, adding that the bomb was later safely removed and detonated elsewhere.

A probe has been initiated into the matter, police added.
