Rs 2 lakh reward announced for copter-related information
Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, Aug 23 (UNI) A reward of Rs two lakh has been announced for those providing information related to Bell-430 helicopter that went missing after it took off from Hyderabad to Raipur on August 3.
The helicopter, hired by the Chhattisgarh government, could not be traced despite intense search by police.
The National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA) had identified 13 spots for searching the helicopter. Besides, aerial search had been carried out in Dantewara and Bijapur districts. Ground search was also underway.
Police said villagers had set out for searching the copter in Kukunar and Katekalyan hills. Villagers had reportedly seen a huge thing falling at hills near Dabba village.
