iGate Corporation appoints Sujit Sircar as CFO

{image-iGate Corporation_23082008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Bangalore, Aug 23: iGate Corporation, a global integrated technology and operations provider on Saturday, Aug 23 announced appointment of Mr Sujit Sircar as its Chief Financial Officer(CFO).

Mr Sircar has been with iGate for over 10 years in various financial capacities, including Senior Vice President of Finance. He succeeds N Ramachandran who died recently. iGate CEO Phanesh Murthy said Sujit was key to the integration, transformation and cost restructuring of the company, a release said.
