ING Vysya bank launches 'ING Platina Services'
Bangalore, Aug 22: Private sector ING Vysya Bank on Friday, Aug 22 announced the launch of ING Platina preferred banking services that bundles financial planning services with personalised banking with proactive service thrown in.
The new service was meant for the busy customer who knows managing the money is important but complicated. Under the service each member would enjoy the help of a relationship manager who designs an 'appropriate' financial strategy based on the cash flows of the member, a bank release said here.
The member could send SMS message to the bank and would receive a call from the assistant. He would also get a preferred debit card which can be used to withdraw cash of up to Rs one lakh per day. He or she would get 50 per cent discount on safe deposit locker facility and preference for personal and home loans and free Demat account services.
The minimum balance that has to be maintained in this account would be Rs one lakh, the bank further said.
