Sanjay Dutt's wife's former husband convicted
Mumbai, Aug 20 (UNI) A local court today sentenced Mairaj Shaikh, former husband of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata, to rigorous imprisonment of six months for his involvement in sending objectionable SMS to actress Nagma.
Shaikh, who was arrested by Mumbai police from Hyderabad, had allegedly send objectionable SMS to the actress on her mobile phone.
The court had convicted him after examining the various witnesses and the evidences produced before the court.
Shaikh, who is at present lodge at Arthur road jail, is also facing charges of extortion.
