Fire damages factory, four other structures in Kashmir

Srinagar, Aug 20 (UNI) A factory and four other structures were damaged in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said fire broke out in a cotton factory at Zainakote, about 12 km from here, causing damage to ten rolls of cotton and machinery.

However, no one was injured.

The fire also destroyed four structures, including a shop at village Chown Shopian in south Kashmir.

The cause of the fire was not known.
