Deccan Aviation scrip rises by 4 pc
Mumbai, Aug 20: Shares of Deccan Aviation on Wednesday, Aug 20 rose by more than four per cent and was at Rs 91.25 after it received a nod from the Civil Aviation Ministry to fly overseas, effective from August 26, a leading broker said.
The ministry has approved traffic rights to the airline for seven services a week between Bangalore and London. The share was up 3.21 per cent at Rs 90 in the opening session. Then it inched to a high of Rs 91.15 with volume traded at Rs 3.50 crore against last two-week average of Rs 1.25 crore, brokers added.
