Cong flays BJP for creating hindrances in central projects
Korba, Chhattisgarh, Aug 20 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary Jaisingh Agrawal alleged Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for creating unnecessary hindrances to the central projects through Korba Municipal Corporation (KMC.
In a statement here released today, Mr Agrawal said that a new power plant with 500 MW capacity is being set up by National Thermal Plant Corporation (NTPC) but KMC has stopped its construction work.
''Similarly, KMC is troubling South Eastern Coal Fields Limited (SECL),'' Mr Agarwal alleged.
SECL was formed in view of DAV School in old residential campus, demands of local residents. SECL management is constructing a school building in it campus which was halted by KMC, he added in release.
