Youth are torchbearers of society: Jakhar
Bhopal, Aug 19 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Governor Balram Jakhar said that youth shall do the role of torchbearers for those fighting on the grounds of religion, region and language and shall produce a new zeal in the society.
Inaugurating a seven-day 'Rashtriya Ekta Shivir' at city-based Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), Dr Jakhar said this statement yesterday.
''Its very urgent to strengthen national integrity and such camps are good to support the cause,'' he said while addressing youth arrived here from different regions.
Dr Jakhar also released a book 'Abhivyakti'. IGRMS Director Kishor K Basa and Arun Kumar Sarawagi, Board Director of an organisation formed under the joint auspices of Nehru Yuva Kendra and IGRMS, were also present there.
