Women cop lights self, suffers 3rd degree burns
Coimbatore, Aug 19(UNI) A 25-year-old woman constable today attempted suicide by lighting herself after pouring kerosene on her in the city.
Police said Hemalatha (25) was admitted to the Coimbatore Medical College (CMC) Hospital with third degree burns and her condition was said to be very serious.
She had taken the step due to failure in her love affair, police claimed.
