Megha to join the Congress tomorrow
New Delhi, Aug 19 (UNI) Mr Datta Megha, who left the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) a few months ago, will join the Congress Party here tomorrow.
His joining would be announced at the routine briefing at the AICC headquarters tomorrow, party sources said here.
A close associate of NCP supremo Sharad Pawar till three months ago, Mr Megha today met Congress President Sonia Gandhi and expressed his decision to join the Congress.
A former Rajya Sabha MP of the NCP, the Congress has reportedly assured to give him the ticket for the Vardha Lok Sabha seat in the next General Elections.
