50 Cent tops Forbes' annual list of richest hip-hoppers
Washington, Aug 19 : 50 Cent has topped Forbes' annual list of the biggest earning hip-hop stars for 2008, making 150 million dollars in the last year.
The rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, has almost doubled the earnings of Shawn JAY ZCarter who sits in second place with 82 million dollars.
According to Forbes magazine, Jackson made his millions through his successful clothing line, video games, G-Unit Records and his album sales.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Kanye West and Timbaland made it to the top five places with earnings of 35 million dollars, 30 million dollars and 22 million dollars, respectively.
