Woman killed in road accident
Mumbai, Aug 18 (UNI) A forty-year-old woman was killed today after a BEST bus knocked her down as she was crossing the road to catch a local train from the CST railway station.
Nirmala Kadam, a resident of suburban Chembur, was walking towards the station at around 1500 hrs when the bus, driven by Prakash Angre, hit her in front of the Times of India building here, killing her on the spot.
The driver was later arrested by police.
