Restrictions on platform tickets lifted

Ahmedabad, Aug 18 (UNI) Western Railway authorities today issued orders with immediate effect lifting the restriction on issue of platform tickets at Ahmedabad and Vadodara Railway Stations.

According to Western Railway sources, the Railway Administration had imposed restriction on issue of Platform Tickets to passengers at Ahmedabad and Vadodara Railway Station with effect from August two due to security reasons.

With the removal of the restrictions, now the passengers with platform tickets shall be permitted to enter inside the station, sources said.
