Rajnath to inaugurate K'taka BJP Working Committee meeting
Bangalore, Aug 18 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Rajnath Singh will inaugurate Karnataka BJP's Working Committee meeting, which would chalk out strategies to be adopted to contest the forthcoming Lok Sabha election in the State.
BJP State President D V Sadananda Gowda said that in tomorrow's meeting the party would finalise strategies for the Lok Sabha election and Assembly bypoll, among others.
Mr Gowda said the meeting would also finalise resolutions to be adopted in the Working Committee meeting tomorrow.
He said in today's meeting the subjects to be discussed, included Delimitation of 224 Assembly seats and at booth level.
Mr Gowda said the party would celebrate 100 days of the Government in the State and 'Janaspandana' campaign will be launched to inform the people about the achievements of the Government.
The meeting would also decide on imparting training to party legislators and Mahanagara Palike members.
Replying to a question about former Minister and JD(S) leader Umesh Katti joining BJP earlier in the day, he said the doors were open to those, who want to join the party without any condition and willing to adhere to its principles and ideologies.
