French delegation to visit Pondy Aug 19

Puducherry, Aug 18 (UNI) A French delegation led by the chairperson of Council General of Cotes d' Armor, a northern region of France, will visit Puducherry tomorrow.

According to official sources, the delegation would hold discussions with the officials of the local administration department and rural development agency here.

The General Council of Cotes d' Armour partners Puducherry Administration in rehabilitation of the Narikkuravas residing in Lawspet here.

The team is expected to discuss ways to strengthen the co-operation between the Council and the local bodies here.

It is also expected to evolve an action plan for the next five years.
