Drunk men beat child to death
Pathalgaon, Chhattisgarh, Aug 18 (UNI) A six-year-old girl has been fatally beaten with lathis by intoxicated tribals at Jashpur district's Chhepla vilage after she objected to their creating a nuisance outside her home.
Pahadi Korwa tribals Nadiyaram, Sukhuram, Dokra and Chamarsai were creating a ruckus outside Bodhnaram's house yesterday when Bodhnaram's daughter Sonatri Bai came out and asked them to go away.
''Nadiyaram and Sukhuram have been arrested while the rest are absconding,'' said Bagicha's Station House Officer R P Tiwari.
