Drug peddler held in Haryana

Chandigarh, Aug 18 (UNI) The Haryana Police arrested a drug peddler for smuggling brown sugar in Jind district of Haryana today.

An official spoeksman here said about 950 gm of brown sugar worth Rs 1.50 crore had been recovered from the drug peddler, identified as Pramod.

A case had been registered against him under the NDPS Act, he added.
