2 killed, 20 hurt as bus hits mini-lorry

Aluva, Kerala, Aug 18 (UNI) Two women were killed and about 20 passengers, majority of them girl students, injured when the bus in which they were travelling collided with a mini-lorry at Kurumassery Odiyapadam, near here, this morning.

The deceased were identified as Shobha (30) of Mookkannoor, a teacher at Puthenvelikara Presentation College and Radha(45), police said. The injured were admitted to a local hospital.
