Three members of a family commit suicide
Dhenkanal, Aug 17 (UNI) Unable to overcome abject poverty a mother has allegedly committed suicide after poisoining her two daughters.
Police said Kamalini Parida of Thakurpal village, Dhenkanal district, committed suicide on Thursday by consuming poison. Before killing her, she poisoned her daughters Rita (14) and Gita (9).
Police said Kamalini's financial condition worsened after her husband Charansen stayed in Bhubaneswar with his second wife.
