Six killed in separate incidents in Kerala
Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 17 (UNI) Six people, including three students, were killed in two separate incidents in Kerala today.
Police said three people were killed when a private bus rammed into an autorickshaw, in which they were travelling, at Thiruvalla in Pathanamthitta district.
The deceased were Raveendran (50), a KSRTC driver, Mathew Sakeria (53), a BSNL employee and John, all hailing from nearby area.
In another incident, three students drowned in Varamkadavu river in Kannur district.
The students -- Amalraj (19), Nithin (19) and Sharoon (19) all hailing from Chakkaakkallu in the district-- drowned while taking a bath in the river.
