Four injured as bus hits 3-wheeler on NH-I

Phagwara, Aug 17: Four persons, including three women sustained serious injuries when the three wheeler in which they were travelling was hit by a speeding Haryana Roadways bus from the rear on NH-I here on Saturday, Aug 16.

Police sources said that the three-wheeler was going to Chheheru when the mishap occured.

The injured, Kamlesh (35), Sakeena (32) and Geeta (40) of local Pehchan Nagar and Amarjit Singh of PAP, Jalandhar were first admitted at the civil hospital here but were later shifted to a Ludhiana hospital due to their critical condition.

Police has registered case against the bus driver.
