Film Director K V Jayaraman passes away
Bangalore, Aug 16 (UNI) Noted Kannada film director K V Jayaraman passed away due to kidney failure at a private hospital here today.
He was 59. He is survived by his wife, two sons and one daughter.
Jayaraman had directed more than 30 films and some TV serials.
He shot to limelight with the film 'Maralu Sarapali'. He had bagged many awards, including the ''Puttanna Kangal Award''. His film 'Hosaneeru' bagged the National Award for best direction.
Members of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KFCCI) condoled death of Mr Jayaraman.
