Film Director K V Jayaraman passed away

Bangalore, Aug 16 (UNI) Noted Kannada Film Director K V Jayaraman passed away due to kidney failure at a private hospital here today.

He was 59. He was survived by his wife, two sons and one daughter.

Jayaraman, who had directed more than 30 Films, including directing serials for TV, had shot to limelight 'Maralu Sarapali'.

He had bagged many awards including "Puttanna Kangal Award". His film 'Hosaneeru' had bagged National award for direction.

Members of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KFCCI) have condoled death of Mr Jayaraman.
