Two Engineering students among three killed in collision
Chennai, Aug 15 (UNI) Three people, including two Engineering College students were crushed to death and 30 others injured when a private bus in which they were travelling, collided with a truck carrying cooking gas cylinders, in Dharmapuri district of the Tamil Nadu today.
According to reports received at the police headquarters here, the bus was proceeding to Salem from Krishnagiri when the mishap occured at Mattilampatti, near Dharmapuri.
The two students were from the self-financing Sapthagiri Engineering college at Periampatti in the district, police said.
The injured were admitted to Krishnagiri Government Hospital, police said.
