Pondy CM unfurls Tricolour
Puducherry, Aug 15 (UNI) Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy unfurled the Tricolour at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex here and inspected a guard of honour presented by the Puducherry Armed Police on the occasion of the 62nd Independence Day celebrations in the Union Territory today.
This was followed by march pasts by various contingents of police, Home Guards, NCC Students, Scouts and Guides. Cultural programmes were also organised to mark the occasion.
