East Coast Railway to run special trains

Visakhapatnam, Aug 15: The East Coast Railway (ECR) would run two special trains between Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad to clear the extra rush of passengers, on Friday, Aug 15 and on Aug 17.

An ECR release here said the trains will stop at Anakapalli, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal, Kazhipet and Secunderabad.

The release also said the third and fourth railway line between Kothavalasa and Vizianagaram had been sanctioned. Tenders had already been called.
