Cooperate to combat terrorism, Guj Agri Min appeals to people

Rajkot, Aug 15 (UNI) Gujarat Agriculture Minister Dilip Sanghani today called upon the people to be alert against divisive forces and cooperate with the government in its fight against terrorism.

Addressing a large gathering after unfurling the tricolour at Upleta town of the district on the 62 Independence day, the minister said terrorism was a major security problem in the country. The state government was making concerted efforts to fight terrorism.

He appealed to all to work for peace and development.

Mr Sanghani gave details of the all round progress in Gujarat.

Various cultural programmes were also held on the occasion.
