Sony India launches Bravia Series T
Kochi, Aug 14: Sony India, a leading consumer electronics brand in the country unveiled its much-awaited LCD TV range Bravia Series T. The company aims to garner Rs 4,000 crore with the new products across the nation this fiscal, Company Managing Director Masaru Tamagawa told newspersons here at a press conference.
He said the new range, available in three models provides the winning combinations of high-quality images and clarity sound. He said the launch, claimed to be the first in the world, coincides with the upcoming Kerala festive season Onam, in which the company tragets a sales of Rs 75 crore, a 50 per cent growth compared to last year.
The three models --KLV-19T400A, KLV-19T400W and KLV-26T400A are priced at Rs 17,900, Rs 21,900 and Rs 29,900, respectively and is expected to scale up the company's national LCD market share to 30 per cent this fiscal, Mr Tamagawa said.
The new series feature a built-in FM radio, powerful speakers with 3D woofers, high-definition picture quality and highly customisable 5-band graphic equaliser.
Mr Tamagawa said the new product range was a result of extensive market research and development, and expected to give the customers the ultimate pleasure in entertainment.
