MP's leaders extend I Day greetings
Bhopal, Aug 14 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani, his deputy Hazarilal Raghuvanshi, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Jamuna Devi extended their greetings to citizens on the eve of India's 62nd independence day.
''Eternal vigilance is imperative for safeguarding freedom,'' Mr Chouhan said in his message while also extending best wishes for Raksha Bandhan.
Other leaders who greeted the people included Congress General Secretary and former chief minister Digvijay Singh, Bharatiya Jan Shakti Founder-President and ex-chief minister Uma Bharti, Bharatiya Janata Party state President Narendra Singh Tomar and General Secretary (Organisation) Makhan Singh.
