Tata Capital inks MoU with Mitsubishi UFJ

New Delhi, Aug 13 (UNI) Tata Capital Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited, said today it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan based Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (MUS) Co for investment banking, global offerings of Indian equities and other services.

''The exchange of ideas and best practices between Tata Capital and MUS will be critical as we go about consolidating our business operating models and service offerings to the benefit of our discerning customers,'' Managing Director, Tata Capital Limited, Praveen P Kadle said in a statement.

However, no financial details were disclosed.
