PFC pays Rs 103 cr dividend

New Delhi, Aug 13 (UNI) Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) today presented a cheque of Rs 103 crore to Power Minister Sushilkumar Shinde as a final dividend.

An interim dividend of Rs 257.63 crore (constituting 25 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital) was paid to the government earlier, an official statement said.

PFC has, thus, paid a total amount of Rs 360.67 crore for FY08.

The total dividend pay-out constitutes 35 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital held by government.
