FoxMandal opens office in Kochi

Kochi, Aug 13 (UNI) FoxMandal Little (FML), one of India's oldest and largest full-service firms, today announced the opening of its office in the city.

Addressing a press conference here, FML Managing Partner for South India Shuva Mandal said the new office was intended to provide legal services in the field of real estate, IT, infrastructure development and intellectual property.

'' Kochi is attracting quite a lot of business and we feel there is a substantial market, numerous opportunities and several companies in need of good international standard legal advice,'' he said.

FML through its representative offices in Kochi and Thrivananthapuram had been advising clients on legal, corporate advisory, acquisitions, real estate, title documentation, litigation and business matters.

Besides two partners, the new office would have five lawyers and para-legal staff to provide service to the clients.

Mr Mandal said FML, founded in 1896, has over 50 partners and 400 lawyers, chartered accountants, company secretaries and IP specialists spread across ten offices in the country and two branches in the UK and Bangladesh.
