FDA seals Shubhiksha retail chain godowns

Mumbai, Aug 13 (UNI) The Food and Drug Authority (FDA) officials today sealed three godowns of the retail chain ;Shubhiksha' and cancelled licences of its two stores in the metropolis.

According to FDA officials, the retail chain had been using faulty packaging materials and wrong dates on their goods.

The godowns have been sealed to carry out further investigations, police said.
