Cops called in to quieten Mariah Carey's star-studded post-wedding bash
Washington, August 13 : Mariah Carey's post-wedding party in New York on Saturday became so noisy that neighbours had to call in police, say reports.
The party was organised by her record boss Antonio Reid at his Long Island home.
Sources have revealed that Reid had to hire a massive team to co-ordinate the event.
According to Contactmusic, a source revealed in a New York Post report that celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Mary J. Blige, Kelly Ripa, Samuel L. Jackson and Star Jones attended the party.
The source even alleged that the celebrations were so exuberant that it prompted a call to police after neighbours complained of noise when the party passed midnight.
Meanwhile, Cannon and Carey are spending the remainder of the week at a farm in East Hampton, which they have rented for 125,000 dollars.
