Satyam, RelWare form alliance

Hyderabad, Aug 12: Satyam Computer Services Ltd,a leading global consulting and information technology services provider and RelWare, a leading developer of web-based solutions for healthcare, on Tuesday, Aug 12 announced they signed an agreement for alliance between the two companies.

The agreement calls for Satyam and RelWare to join forces to implement, customise, train, and provide professional services in support of RelWare's 'One Record' solution around the world, a release here said.

This new alliance will provide healthcare organisations,physicians and patients access to a full range of solutions from a full-blown acute-care electronic medical records systems (EMR) to a personal health record (PHR) for individuals and everything in-between.

The relationship will leverage RelWare's Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) and other web technologies to allow both organisations to provide solutions for all of healthcare.

It will also lower costs and save time, thus allowing medical professionals to spend more time providing enhanced patient care, rather than managing paperwork, the release claimed.
