Rs 15 lakh looted in Gaya

Gaya, Aug 12 (UNI) A group of unidentified armed criminals looted property to the tune of Rs 15 lakh from a local trader's house under Civil Lines police station here today.

According to police, about eight criminals entered the house of Faqruddin alias Munna in White house compound and took the inmates capitve at gunpoint.

Later they decamped with property, jewellery, three mobile phone sets and Rs 60,000 in cash.

The matter was being investigated.

No arrest had been made so far in this connection.
