Obama's Vice President via email, SMS?

{image-Barrak Obama_12082008.jpg news.oneindia.in}London, Aug 12: Barack Obama's campaign has revealed that the Democratic Party's presumptive nominee will unveil his choice for his potential Vice- President in an email and text message to supporters as soon as the decision is taken. His campaign manager David Plouffe himself sent emails to supporters to inform them about this plan.

"Barack Obama is about to make one of the most important decisions of this campaign choosing a running mate," sources quoted him as writing in the email. "You have helped build this movement from the bottom up, and Barack wants you to be the first to know his choice," he wrote.

The email further stated: "Sign up today to be the first to know. Once you've signed up, please forward this email to your friends, family, and co-workers to let them know about this special opportunity. No other campaign has done this before. You can be part of this important moment. Be the first to know who Barack selects as his running mate."
