Joss Stone to record theme song for Barrack Obama
London, Aug 12 : British popstar Joss Stone is recording a theme song for Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
According to sources, Obama has personally requested the 21-year-old to record a one-off track for his campaign, partly because he believes her music has cross-racial appeal.
"Joss is a big supporter of Barack Obama and was very excited to be asked to do this for him," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
"He sent a personal message asking her to get on board," the source added.
Stone is a household name in America and is a strong supporter of Obama, and the admiration between the two seems to be pretty mutual.
"She believes he is going to be the first black American president and she is honoured to be a part of that," the source said.
