TN: Smuggled IMFL bottles seized
Tiruchirapalli, Aug 12: The Prohibition Enforcement Wing Police seized Rs 1.20 lakh worth bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) smuggled from Karnataka and Puducherry, from a residence at Karumandapam in the city on Monday, Aug 11 night.
Police said on information, police raided the house, seized 1500 bottles and arrested one Murugan(52).
Investigation was, underway, police added.
