Sonia accepts proposal to reconstitute Bihar PCC

New Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi today accepted the proposal of reconstituting the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC).

According to the new proposal Anil Kumar Sharma will be the new president of the committee. The posts of working presidents are given to Dr Sameer Kumar Singh, Vineeta Vijay, Haridwar Singh Kushwaha,Dr Mohd Javed and Dr Madan Mohan Jha, AICC release here said.

The campaign committee members will be headed by Vijay Shankar Dubey. The new convenors are Ramdeo Rai, Awadhesh Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Prasad Tony and Khalil Ansari. Amlendu Pandey will be the spokesperson.

The new members of the campaign committee are Prof K K Tiwari, Manorma Pandey, Vijay Shankar Mishra, Kripa Nath Pathak, Harkhu Jha, Manorma Singh, Shyama Singh, Pramod Kumar Singh, Dr Chandrama Singh, Baliram Bhagat, D P Yadav, Kapil Dev Prasad Yadav, Prof Ramayan Yadav, Bandhu Mahto, Narayan Singh, Sidheswar Prasad, Muneshwar Singh, Arvind Kumar, Rajni Ranjan Sahu, Prabhavati Gupta, Jai Kumar Palit, Banarsi Gupta, Jai Prakash Choudhary,Baleswar Ram, Faguni Ram, Manju Ram, Bilat Paswan Bihangam, Dr Jyoti, Lal Babu Lal, Narsing Baitha, Raghunandan Manjhi, Ashok Choudhary, Khalid Rashid Saba, Babuddin Khan, Moidur Rehman, Sageer Ahmed, Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Jugal Kishore Prasad, Ram Chandra Bharti, H K Verma, Brajesh Prasad Munnan, Umesh Kumar Verma, L P Sahi, Krishna Sahi, Usha Sinha, Vishwamohan Sharma, Veena Sahi, Narendra Kumar, Dr Vinod Kumar, Ahmed Ashfaque Karim, Baidyanath Sharma, Shakeelur Rehman, Prof S K Zabi, Sarbat Jahan Fatami, Mazrul Haqueb Ansari, Sardar Gurjit Singh, Maya dolly Layal, Prem Narain Garhwal, Shikha Kapoor, and Dr Ajay Kumar Singh.

The PCC president, working presidents, ex-PCC presidents, MPs, leaders, CLP, office-bearers of AICC belonging to Bihar, members of Bihar Legislative Assembly, leader in council and members of Legislative Council, state presidents of all frontal organiasations and chairmen and convenors of all cells would also be members of the committee.

The District level campaign committees would also be constituted, the release added.
