Godawari Power inks MoU with Chhattisgarh

New Delhi, Aug 11: Godawari Power and Ispat, an integrated steel manufacturer, today said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a contract worth Rs 1,570 crore with the Chhattisgarh Government.

The Company has signed the MoU for setting up manufacturing facilities under its expansion programme in the state, it said in a statement.

The project will be executed through a special purpose vehicle (SPV)-- Krishna Global Minerals Ltd, which will act as a subsidiary of the company, it added.
