Astral Poly inks JV agreement with Kenyan firm

New Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) Astral Poly Technik Ltd, a manufacturer of plastic pipes and plumbing products, today said it has entered into the joint venture agreement with a Kenya-based Group.

The proposed new company will be formed under the name of ''Astral Technologies Ltd'' in which Astral Poly Technik Ltd will hold 26 per cent, a company statement said.
