Two held with Rs 40 lakh morphine

Sultanpur, Aug 10 (UNI) Two drug peddlers were today apprehended with 400 gm morphine, costing around Rs 40 lakh in the international market, in Shukla bazaar area here.

On a tip-off, people cordoned off Sultanpur-Barabanki border and nabbed the accused with the illicit substance.

The arrested have been sent to jail, while a search to nail down their other aides was on, police said.
