Rs 2.93 lakh sanctioned in favour of militancy victims

Srinagar, Aug 10 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir government has sanctioned an ex-gratia relief of Rs 2.93 lakh in favour of militancy affected families of Bandipora district in North Kashmir.

An official spokesman said today the District Screening Committee (DSC), Bandipora which met here with District Magistrate in chair sanctioned the ex-gratia relief of Rs 2.93 lakh in favour of the militancy related cases.

This includes Rs 1.96 lakh sanctioned for four property damaged cases and over Rs 96,000 for injured people.

Besides five SRO cases were also cleared in the meeting.
