Heavy rains likely at Konkan, Goa

Pune, Aug 10 (UNI) Heavy to very heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in Goa, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg and Ghat areas during the next 48 hours.

Heavy rains are also likely to occur at isolated places in south Madhya Maharashtra and in the districts of greater Mumbai, Nanded, Latur, Parbhani during the same period, according to weather forecast for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha and Goa.

Heavy rainfall is also likely at isolated places over all the districts of north Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan.

OutLook: Little change.
