Contract worker held for taking pictures of airport
Kochi, Aug 10 (UNI) The CISF personnel today nabbed a contract worker engaged in interior decoration works at the Nedumbassery International Airport here while allegedly taking pictures of the airport's restricted areas.
Circle Inspector M Sukumaran told newspersons that he was identified as Mohemmad Sali (23), son of Ahmed Kutty Kozhikkadan of Malappuram. The CISF personnel reportedly found more than 60 pictures of various sites of the airport on his mobile phone.
He was handed over to police and a case was registered against him for violation of security.
Police have started investigation into his possible links with any organisation.
