11 Lakh stolen from SBBJ in Rajasthan
Jaipur, Aug 10 (UNI) Unidentified persons had stolen around Rs 11 lakh from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur(SBBJ) branch in Rajgarh town of Alwar district last night, police said today.
The thieves had entered the bank premises from the backside after breaking open the window and used gas cutter to cut the bank locker and took out the cash.
A tea vendor outside the bank first noticed the damaged window and informed the bank officials this afternoon as the bank was closed today being a Sunday.
Police have initiated a search to nab the thieves, the police added.
