Kerala, Lakshadweep receive rainfall
Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 9 (UNI) Many places in Kerala and Lakshadweep received rainfall during the last 24 hours.
Local weather office said here today that Vythiri received the maximum of nine cm rainfall during the period.
Kozhar recorded three cm rainfall, Kannur two cm, and Kochi Airport and Thrissur one cm each.
Rain would occur at most places in the state and at a few places in the Union Territory during the next 48 hours, weather office added.
