Illegal abortion at primary health centre
Raisen, MP, Aug 9 (UNI) A case has been registered against five people including two nurses and a public health official of this district's Bamhori Primary Health Centre where an illegal abortion led to the death of a 35-year-old woman who hailed from Kartoli village.
The accused Hari Singh made the victim undergo an abortion on June 16. The funeral was furtively conducted.
Following a complaint by the woman's kin, a case was registered under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
